What’s your return policy?

All sales are final - items are made-to-order and exclusively hand-painted, as such returns are NOT eligible

 

Styling mats that become damaged in transit will be replaced. You must first email info@sicreativephotography.com within 5 days of the item being delivered to inform and provide images of the damage. Once the images have been reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped.

 

Are the styling mats portable?

Sure is! Simply roll up and take it anywhere. The styling mat will ship in a mailing tube, keep it and use it for storage. Easy peasy!

 

What sizes are the styling mats?

There is currently two size options. Mat sizes of approximately 24”x30” or 41"54". We say ‘approximately’ as each styling mat is hand measured and cut, so sizing can deviate slightly by about 0.5”

 

How the styling are mats uniquely one of a kind?

Each styling mat is individually hand-painted, so no two styling mats will ever look the same. The styling mats will however, closely resemble the ones shown on the website.

How do I care for the styling mat?

You can gently spot clean with a damp cloth and let dry, before rolling it up for storage.
